Privacy Policy — v1, July 2026

If you create an account, we collect your account email. We also store the symptom descriptions you type into chat and any cases you choose to save.

We collect usage counts and technical logs so we can keep the service working, find errors, and apply plan limits. Anonymous visitors may use chat without an account. For those chats, we process the chat text and use a short-lived cookie and IP address to rate-limit abuse.

Account, chat, and case data live in our Supabase database. Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card numbers never touch our servers.

The site is hosted on Vercel. We use privacy-friendly analytics to understand basic site use. We do not use ad trackers.

We use Supabase, Vercel, and Stripe to run the service. Anthropic and OpenAI act as AI processors for chat text so Remedius can generate responses.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for ads.

In-app deletion is not ready yet. Until it ships, email support@remedius.app and ask us to delete your account or saved data.
