Privacy Policy — v1, July 2026

If you create an account, we collect your account email. We also store the symptom descriptions you type into chat and any cases you choose to save.

We collect usage counts and technical logs so we can keep the service working, find errors, and apply plan limits. Chat needs an email first. We use a browser cookie and your IP address to apply free-plan limits and stop abuse.

If you leave your email on our waitlist, we keep it only to tell you when Remedius fully launches, and we delete it when you ask.

Account, chat, and case data live in our Supabase database. Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card numbers never touch our servers.

The site is hosted on Vercel. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page visits: it records the page, the site you came from, your rough location, and your browser, device type and operating system. It does not use tracking cookies or keep your IP address. We do not use ad trackers.

We use Supabase, Vercel, and Stripe to run the service. Anthropic and OpenAI act as AI processors for chat text so Remedius can generate responses.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for ads.

You can delete a saved case from the case itself, and your whole account in Settings, under Delete account. You can also email support@remedius.app and ask us to delete your account or saved data.

We use a sign-in cookie to keep you signed in, and a browser cookie, together with IP address checks, to apply free-plan limits and stop abuse. Vercel Web Analytics counts page visits without tracking cookies. We do not use advertising cookies.

Account holders must be 18 or older.

When we update this policy, we will date-stamp the new version.
