- Yes. Every paid tier routes through Stripe's Customer Portal, which lets you upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time.
- What happens to my case history if I cancel?
- Case history is a Committed-tier feature. If you cancel, you keep read access to existing cases for the remainder of your billing period, then cases are archived until you resubscribe.
- Do you offer annual billing?
- Not yet. v1 is monthly only.
